Section 17-684.1-51 - Ending a voluntary quit or reduction in work effort disqualification

(a) Following the end of the disqualification period for voluntarily quitting a job or reducing work effort without good cause, a household member may begin participation in the program if the household member applies again and is determined eligible.

(b) Eligibility may be re-established during a disqualification period and the household member shall be permitted to resume participation, if the household member becomes exempt from the work registration requirements and is otherwise eligible.
