Section 17-683-59 - Refunds for overpaid claims

(a) The department must provide a refund for any overpaid amount as soon as possible after the department discovers the overpayment. The department shall pay by whatever method the department deems appropriate considering the circumstances.
(b) The household is not entitled to a refund if the overpaid amount is attributed to an expunged EBT benefit.
