Section 17-676-50 - Rounding off income

The amounts used in the process for determining and computing income shall be rounded down to the next lower whole dollar, as follows:
(1) The amounts used in determining the individual's monthly gross earned or unearned income shall not be rounded off. The individual's gross earned and unearned income from each source shall be rounded down to the next lower whole dollar before being used in any computation; and
(2) The amounts used in determining each allowable earned income deduction shall not be rounded off. Each allowable earned income deduction shall be rounded down to the next lower whole dollar before being used in any computation.
