Section 17-675-59 - Unlicensed vehicles in the food stamp program

Unlicensed vehicles, unless exempt as described in section 17-675-57(a) shall be evaluated for equity value. The equity value shall be attributed toward the household's resource level. If an unlicensed vehicle is a "junker," not running, half the frame and parts not intact, etc., thus having no fair market value, then the vehicle shall have no equity value and therefore, no value as assets.
