Section 17-675-4 - Personal reserve standards

(a) The personal reserve standard is the maximum amount of countable assets that may be held by an individual, a family, or a household while establishing or maintaining eligibility for financial assistance or food stamps.

(b) An individual, a family, or a household whose equity in non-exempt assets exceeds the personal reserve standard for financial assistance or food stamps shall be ineligible for benefits from the respective program or programs.
