(a) Advance notice of termination to a resident of a group living arrangement shall not be required when the following occur:
(1) The
facility loses its certification from the state department of health or the
department; or
(2) FNS suspends the
facility's status as an authorized representative, disqualifying the facility
as a retailer.
(b) A resident of a group living arrangement applying on the resident's own behalf shall be eligible to participate, if otherwise eligible.
