Section 17-663-44 - Household departure from the group living arrangement facility

(a) When a household leaves a group living arrangement facility, the facility shall:
(1)
Return to the branch the household's EBT card if the EBT card is received after
the household has left the facility; and
(2) Ensure that the household's EBT account
is credited with the following amounts for the month of departure:
(A) The full monthly food stamp allotment if
no food stamp benefits have been spent on behalf of that individual household;
or
(B) One-half of the household's
monthly food stamp allotment if any portion has been spent on behalf of the
household and the household leaves the group living arrangement prior to the
sixteenth day of the month; or
(C)
The household shall not be entitled to a credit to their EBT account if any
portion of the monthly food stamp allotment has been spent on behalf of the
household and the household leaves the group living arrangement on or after the
sixteenth day of the month.
(b) Once the resident leaves, the group living arrangement shall not act as the individual's authorized representative. The group living arrangement shall, if possible:
(1) Provide the household with a change
report form to report to the branch the individual's:
(A) New address; and
(B) Circumstances since leaving the group
living arrangement; and
(2) Advise the household to return the form
to the appropriate branch office within ten days.
