(a) Each drug addiction or alcohol treatment and rehabilitation program shall provide the branch with a list which shall include:
(1)
The names of currently participating residents; and
(2) A statement signed by a center official
-attesting to the validity of the list.
(b) The branch shall require submission of the list on a monthly basis.
