Section 17-663-182 - TBA Reporting requirements

(a) The TBA household shall not be required to report or provide verification of any changes in household circumstances during the TBA period.

(b) If the household does report changes in its circumstances during the TBA period, the department shall adjust the household's benefit amount as follows:

(1) If the change results in a SNAP benefit amount that is less than or equal to the TBA amount, the department shall continue to pay the current TBA amount for the remaining months of the TBA period.

(2) If the change results in a SNAP benefit amount that is greater than the current TBA amount, the department shall give the household the option of reapplying for regular SNAP benefits in accordance with chapter 17-647.
