Section 17-663-168 - Deemed eligibility factors

(a) The following eligibility factors need not be verified for SNAP eligibility because of the household's TANF, SSI, GA or AABD categorical eligibility status:
(1) Assets, except for transferred assets
which applies only to GA and AABD households as specified in section
17-663-165(b)(3);
(2) Gross and net
income eligibility standards as specified in sections 17-680-25 and
17-680-26;
(3) Social security
number information as specified in section 17-655-12;
(4) Sponsored alien information as specified
in subchapter 12 of chapter 17-663; and
(5) Residency as specified in subchapter 3 of
chapter 17-655.
(b) Eligibility factors that need not be verified for SNAP eligibility because of the household's TANF service categorical eligibility status shall be limited to assets.
