Section 17-659-39 - TLF work projects

(a) The following criteria shall be considered in establishing TLF work projects:
(1) Provide employment which, to the extent
possible, utilizes, nurtures, and sustains the productive capacities of the
individual;
(2) Accomplishes work
which, otherwise, may not be undertaken due to the absence of regular positions
or funds; and
(3) Entails little or
no expense to the department.
(b) The state or county agency shall file a request with the TLF coordinator, on the department's form, to sponsor a work project for the GA recipients.
(c) The state or county agency approved by the department to sponsor a work project shall be assigned appropriate TLF workers by the TLF coordinator.
