Section 17-656.2-15 - General eligibility requirements

(a) The following general eligibility requirements shall be met:
(1) A household shall meet the categorical
eligibility requirements as specified in subchapter 1.
(2) An adult in a work eligible household
shall be eligible to participate.
(A) A work
eligible household shall not have exhausted the time limited sixty months of
TANF benefits as specified in section 17-656.1-3.
(B) When there is more than one work eligible
individual or other work eligible individual adult in the household, only one
adult may participate. The household shall determine which adult will
participate.
(b) Participation in Grant + is voluntary.
