Section 17-656.2-3 - Program requirements

A household may be eligible for benefits under one of the family assistance programs specified in this chapter if the following categorical requirements are met:
(1) At least one member of the household is a needy child as specified in section 17-656.1-6, including an eligible child who is excluded as specified in section 17-656.1-17(a);
(2) The needy child is living with one of the relatives specified in section 17-656.1-7(b) in a primary residence maintained as the child's own home; and
(3) All household members meet social security number, residency, and citizenship requirements as specified in chapter 17-655.
