(a) All notices affecting a household's benefits based on information reported on the six month report shall meet the definition of adequate notice.
(b) All notices affecting a household's benefits based on information reported outside of the six month report shall meet the definition of a timely and adequate notice.
(c) All notices related to changes that do not affect a household's eligibility or benefits or changes which increase a household's benefits, shall meet the definition of adequate notice.
