Section 17-647-49 - Definition of destitute households

The household of a seasonal farmworker having little or no income at the time of application which is in need of immediate food assistance, even though the household receives income at some other time during the month of application, shall be considered destitute if the household's circumstances are as specified in section 17-647-51 to section 17-647-53. Households other than seasonal farmworker households shall not be considered destitute.
