Section 17-610-6 - Meals on wheels

(a) The following persons shall be eligible for meals on wheels:
(1) Household members sixty years of age or
over;
(2) Individuals who are
housebound, [feeble,] physically handicapped, or otherwise disabled to the
extent these individuals are unable to adequately prepare meals; and
(3) Spouses of the above
individuals.
(b) Individuals eligible for meals on wheels may use all or any part of the coupons issued to them to purchase meals from a nonprofit meal delivery service authorized by FNS.
