Section 17-602.1-38 - Persons who may attend the hearing

(a) The following persons shall attend the hearing:
(1) The
hearing officer;
(2) The household
and its representatives;
(3) A
person charged with recording the proceedings;
(4) The branch representative; and
(5) Attorneys assigned to the
department.
(b) Persons whose presence have been requested, or to whom consent has been given by the household, may also attend the hearing.
(c) The hearing officer shall have the authority to limit the number of persons in attendance at the hearing if limitations on space exist.
