Section 17-600-2 - Purpose

The purpose of the rules specified in this subtitle is to:
(1) Identify the types of assistance and services offered by DHS-FASD;
(2) Specify conditions which an individual shall meet in order to receive the assistance or services; and
(3) Specify conditions which DHS-FASD shall follow in administering the social services, financial assistance and food stamp programs.
