Section 17-534-24 - Reexamination

(a) The authority shall annually reexamine a tenant's annual income, assets, family composition, financial and employment record, conduct and behavior record, and any other matter necessary to determine a tenant's eligibility. The tenant shall be responsible for continuing to meet the eligibility requirements of section 17-534-21.
(b) The tenant shall be notified in writing by the authority of the reexamination results.
