The purpose of this program is to allow the authority, on behalf of the State, or in cooperation with qualified developers, contractors, or others, to develop real property and construct housing projects for elderly thereon. The provisions of Chapter 525, Title 17, Administrative Rules, may be utilized for the development and construction of housing project herein.
