Section 17-1722-62 - Verification and reporting requirements

(a) The department may require individuals to furnish verification of eligibility factors.

(b) Individuals shall furnish the requested information within ten days of the request.

(c) Individuals who fail to respond within ten days shall be given a second notice with a request to furnish the information within five days.

(d) Failure to respond to the second notice shall result in disqualification.

(e) Individuals are required to report to the department any changes that would affect their eligibility or monthly cost share responsibility within ten days.
