Section 17-1722-123 - Quality control reviews

(a) Quality reviews shall be conducted at intervals determined necessary by the department.
(b) Pharmacies or PDP's selected for reviews shall furnish the requested information within ten working days of the request.
(c) Failure to cooperate in the completion of a review shall result in termination from the program.
