Section 17-1722.3-11 - Effective date of eligibility

The date of eligibility shall be one of the following:
(1) The date of application if the applicant is found to be eligible in the month of application; or
(2) If the applicant is found to be ineligible for the month of application, the first day of the subsequent month on which all eligibility requirements are met by the applicant.
