Section 17-1709.3-12 - Termination from participation

Current through November, 2024
An eligible employer's participation in Hawaii premium plus:
(a) Shall be terminated for any of the following reasons:
(1) Fails to meet
any one of the requirements described in section 17-1709.3-7;
(2) Voluntarily terminates participation;
or
(3) Business is
dissolved.
(b) May be terminated for failure to comply with the reporting requirements.
