(a) Clothing shall be clean, well fitting, appropriate to age, sex, individual needs, and comparable to community standard's.

(b) Children of school age shall participate in the selection and purchase of their own clothing whenever possible and appropriate.

(c) Each child shall be provided with individual towels, combs, toothbrushes, and other personal essentials.

(d) The child's clothing and personal belongings shall be labeled and shall go with the child when the child leaves the institution.
