(a) A foster child's clothing shall be clean, of the right size and appropriate for the child's age, sex, and individual needs.
(b) Each foster child shall be provided with individual combs, toothbrushes, and other personal essentials.
(c) The foster child's clothing and personal belongings shall go with the child when the child leaves the resource family home.
