Section 17-1444-6 - Disposition of an application for a nurse aide training and competency evaluation program certification

(a) Within ninety days of the date of application, the department shall provide the nurse aide training and competency evaluation program with a written decision on whether or not the nurse aide training and competency evaluation program has been approved for certification.
(b) Certification shall be granted for a period not to exceed two years.
