Section 17-1400-1 - Purpose

The purpose of the rules specified in this subtitle is to:
(1) Identify the types of assistance and services offered by the adult and community care services branch;
(2) Specify conditions which an individual shall meet in order to receive the assistance or services; and
(3) Specify conditions which the adult and community care services branch shall follow in administering the programs.
