The commission, as a form of disciplinary action against a licensee, may suspend the right of the licensee to use the license for a period not to exceed five years. Prior to conducting any real estate activity, a licensee with a suspended license shall reinstate the license pursuant to section 92-17(c)(3), HRS. If the licensee fails to file for reinstatement within thirty days after the end of the suspension, the license shall be forfeited.
