(a) A licensee shall not accept employment adverse to a client relating to a matter with respect to which the licensee has obtained confidential information by reason of or in the course of the licensee's employment by the client.
(b) An employee or a reserve officer of any law enforcement agency shall not maintain or be eligible for any license issued under chapter 463, HRS.
