Section 16-96-41 - Reporting requirements for physical or mental impairment

Any licensed port pilot that has been physically or mentally impaired for a period of sixty days or more shall report the impairment to the director as soon as practicable after the sixty days have passed. The pilot shall file with the director an examination report completed by a licensed Hawaii physician declaring that the pilot is fit to resume active pilotage before beginning such pilotage activities.
