Section 16-91-32 - Advertising practices

The following advertising practices are unlawful:

(1) To allow an unregistered person to advertise;

(2) To allow an unregistered firm or dba of the dispensing optician to advertise; and

(3) Failure to state that the fitting and duplication of contact lenses and artificial eyes are done upon written prescription and personal supervision of an ophthalmologist or optometrist.
