The board adopted the NCSBN Model Nursing Practice Act and Model Nursing Administrative Rules relating to the scope of nursing practice for licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, and advanced practice registered nurses. Any modifications by the NCSBN to the scope of practice shall apply.
