Section 16-87-24 - Return of replaced parts; exceptions

Upon request of the customer, the motor vehicle repair dealer shall return replaced parts to the customer at the time of the completion of the work. The motor vehicle repair dealer may but shall not be required to return the following parts:

(1) Transmission;

(2) Differential; and

(3) Engine block.
