All applicants whose applications have been approved shall be given an application for examination and shall apply to the testing agency for examination. The board shall send notice to the applicant's last known address on file with the board. Examinations are given monthly. Unless applicants are otherwise notified, examinations shall be taken at the regularly scheduled time.
