There shall be provided by clubs a sufficient number of buckets for the use of all contestants. Clubs shall also provide fans, powdered resin for canvas, stools for seconds, and such other articles as are required in the conduct of contests. Clubs are directed to furnish a clean bucket and a clean bottle for each contestant.
