Section 16-601-82 - Service of water carrier applications

(a) An applicant for a water carrier certificate shall serve a copy of the application on:
(1) The consumer advocate (2
copies);
(2) The respective mayors
of the counties within the State that are affected by the proposed
service;
(3) The director of
transportation; and
(4) Other
persons that may be designated by the chairperson.
(b) The applicant shall file a certificate of service with the application.
