Section 16-601-71 - Commission investigation

The commission may at any time investigate matters subject to its jurisdiction. The chief clerk shall serve notices or orders instituting investigation, indicating the nature of the matters to be investigated and the name of the respondents being investigated. A respondent need not file a pleading in response to the investigatory order unless so directed.
