Section 16-601-51 - Correction of transcript

A party may move to correct the transcript within fifteen days after receipt of the transcript. The movant shall serve a copy of the motion upon all other parties. The motion shall certify the date when the transcript was received. If no objection to the motion to correct is served and filed within ten days after service and filing of the motion, the commission or hearings officer may issue an order making those corrections. If any party objects to the correction, the commission or hearings officer shall determine whether the correction should be made, with due consideration given to the stenographic transcript of the hearing.
