Section 16-601-8 - Retention of documents by the commission

Except as provided by law, all documents filed with or presented to the commission shall remain in the files of the commission. The chairperson may permit the withdrawal of original documents upon submission of copies to replace the originals. The chief clerk shall obtain a receipt indicating withdrawal of any original documents.
