Section 16-36-18 - Reconsideration

(a) Any person aggrieved by any action of the division may request a reconsideration within thirty days of the action and shall specifically point out in writing why the action is improper, and shall include all arguments, authorities, factors, affidavits, exhibits, and any other matter which the person may deem relevant.

(b) The request for reconsideration shall not operate as a stay of the division's action.
