Section 16-201-61 - Proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law

(a) No party shall file written proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law except where ordered in the discretion of the hearings officer or the authority, whichever has conducted the hearing.

(b) Where ordered, written proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law shall be filed within fifteen days after the close of the hearing, and shall contain specific references to the record and the legal authorities relied upon.

(c) When the argument has been held before a hearings officer, the parties shall not, under any circumstances, file proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law with the authority.
