Section 16-181-29 - Program administrator's records

(a) The program administrator shall maintain records of each dispute submitted to the SCAP. The program administrator shall submit a written report to the regulated industries complaints office of the department on a quarterly basis, regarding the status of the program and relevant statistics, including but not limited to, the following:

(1) The number of arbitrations screened, initiated, heard, and resolved;

(2) A brief synopsis of each decision, including the remedies awarded;

(3) The length of time elapsed from the filing date of the demand form to the date of the arbitrator's written award; and

(4) The names of the arbitrators hearing cases and a list, categorized by arbitrator, of cases heard and decisions rendered.

(b) The program administrator shall turn over to the regulated industries complaints office of the department the files pertaining to each arbitration within sixty days after issuance of the award.
