Each manufacturer of motor vehicles sold in Hawaii shall forward to the department, in writing within thirty days after the effective date of these rules, the name, address, and telephone number of the person designated to receive notices under the program. The information shall be presumed correct unless updated by the manufacturer. Failure to update the information will result in notices under this chapter being mailed to the manufacturer's last known address.
