Section 16-133-41 - Initiation of review of basic cable service and equipment rates

A cable operator shall file its schedule of rates for the basic service tier and associated equipment with the director within thirty days after receiving written notice from the director that the State has been certified by the FCC and thereafter shall file its schedule of rates at least thirty days prior to the effective date of a proposed increase in such rates. The filing shall include appropriate completed FCC forms and any other information the director deems necessary to review and evaluate the filing. The director may require submission of data or forms on electronic media in a format prescribed by the director.
