Section 16-115-89 - Licensure by examination

(a) The landscape architect committee shall review a person's qualifications for licensure by examination and make recommendations to the board.
(b) To be eligible for licensure by examination, the person shall:
(1) Meet the
qualifications as contained in section
464-8(d)(2) to
(5);
(2) Have passed the appropriate examinations
as contained in section 16-115-90; and
(3) Certify on the application that the
person has read, understood, and agreed to comply with the laws and rules of
the board.
