Section 16-114-56 - Acceptable classroom credit hours

(a) A classroom hour is defined as fifty minutes out of each sixty minute segment.

(b) Credit toward the classroom hour requirement may be granted only where the length of the educational offering is at least two hours.

(c) No additional credit shall be granted for any comparable course within the biennium period, except for USPAP courses.

(d) USPAP education credit shall only be awarded when the class is taught by an Appraiser Qualifications Board certified instructor who is a state certified residential or general appraiser.

(e) Equivalency to the national USPAP course shall be determined by the Appraiser Qualifications Board.
