Section 16-114-54 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of continuing education is to ensure that the appraiser participates in programs to maintain and increase the appraiser's skill, knowledge, and competency in real estate appraising.

(b) As a prerequisite to renewal of a license or certificate, the appraiser shall present satisfactory evidence of having met the continuing education requirements of this subchapter.
