Section 16-114-47 - Automatic forfeiture for failure to renew

Paying fees with a check which is dishonored upon first deposit, or failing to timely renew the license or certificate, pay the applicable fees, submit the required continuing education hours, or submit proof of completion of the USPAP course requirement shall cause the license or certificate to be automatically forfeited.
