Every licensee or certificate holder shall provide written notice to the director of any changes of the licensee's or certificate holder's mailing, business, or residence address within ten days of the change. Any requirements that the director provide notice to licensed or certified appraisers shall be deemed met if notice is sent to the address on file with the director.
